Poster for Kevin Smith’s Red State

Had this idea for a Red State poster (the new film by Kevin Smith coming out in Fall 2011). Very much anticipating this one, as we are curious to see a Kev Smith movie in a different genre. It also has Michael Parks in it. If you know who that is then you’re obviously as excited as we are.

Showing off our hometown pride, these shirts aim to make even the most fashion illiterate folks seem hip. Just so long as you don’t cut the sleeves off or wear it with your “muffin-top” jeans. Spokane is about to get a whole lot cooler.

SpIFF Posters

Our work on the F.A.V.E.S. logo and Reel Spokane Poster garnered us some interest from the folks behind the Spokane International Film Festival. We were honored when we were asked to make a poster for them but unfortunately there just wasn’t time to do it justice and not have it rushed so we all decided to forego a collaboration this year. We’re looking forward to making it happen next time. We do love what we came up with so, here they are!

Drop-Off a Turkey…Turkey!

Les Nessman may have been traumatized, but down at the Satellite Diner in downtown Spokane they’ve been welcoming them turkeys! Working with Campus Kitchen at Gonzaga, the Satellite has been collecting donated turkeys to help feed everyone this holiday season. These posters have been making their way around town to help raise awareness and to get folks to drop-off those turkeys!

New shirts added to the store

We’ve just added some new shirts to the store, including 3 Minutes on High and Kool Punch both pictured here. 3 Minutes on High was conjured up 1.5 minutes into completing my lunch the other day (mmm, D Rock likes his chicken noodles spicy) and Kool Punch was inspired by a recent argument I had with a grade school nemesis. OH YEAH!

We’re thrilled to be mentioned in the latest issue of Spokane Metro Magazine. We met recently with Tricia Jo Webster, a writer for the magazine, and had a lovely chat with her about our plans for world domination…er…our work. Spokane has been trying very hard for several years to “get it together” and it certainly feels like it’s gotten there. Spokane Metro is a finely written and elegantly designed publication that is a pleasure to read. It was a real treat to be included in their latest issue! If you’re unable to track down a copy, here’s the article:

I just finished a website for www.houseofsound.com and the bulk of the design revolves around 12 rock posters I designed. Needless to say I had quite a bit of fun working on these. Here are three of them, not necessariy my favorites (quite frankly I love them all) but I don’t want go all the way on our first date. I’ll post more later, if you’re all gentle.
