What is the return/exchange policy? Returns & Exchanges: In the event that we send you the wrong shirt or size, let us know and we'll fix the problem with no additional cost to you. If you decide that you want a different shirt or size and the original order was fulfilled correctly, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and to have the new one sent as well. ALL returned item must be in new and unworn condition. Please direct all inquiries about returns and exchanges to returns@dumbgun.com Shirt Sizes & Quality: All shirts are high-quality, 100% cotton shirts and feature screen printed graphics. The sizes for mens shirts are measured from under the arm for width and from back of neck to shirt bottom for length.
Shipping: All orders within the United States ship via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 4-10 days, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that a shirt is back ordered we will notify you via e-mail about when you can expect your shirt. Shipping rates are 1-2 shirts=$4.95; 3-4 shirts=$6.95; 5-6 shirts=$8.95; 7-8=$10.95; 9-10 shirts=$12.95. For orders of 11 or more shirts, please contact us for shipping info. info@dumbgun.com International orders are an additional $7.95. Please be sure to include this in your order. The link can be found here and on each shirt page. Payments: dumbgun.com is operated as a Paypal merchant site. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Checks and money orders accepted. Shipping will be held until checks have cleared and money order has arrived.
